Nick Kindelsperger has been writing about food for over 20 years. With an insatiable appetite for both street food and Michelin-starred restaurants, he spent seven years covering Chicago's dining scene for the Chicago Tribune, where he eventually became the paper's dining critic. His work has also appeared in a variety of national publications, including the Washington Post, New York Magazine, Epicurious, Serious Eats, Time Out Chicago, and Chicago Magazine. He continues to cover dining in the city on Substack with Nick in the Loop.
