JEREMY ROSS

Jeremy Ross is a Mexican American writer and illustrator of children's books. Born in Houston, TX, where he was raised by mixed-race parents, Jeremy integrates his unique perspectives and multicultural experiences into his stories. Jeremy lives in Houston, TX with his wife and daughter, and a "small zoo" consisting of a dog, a turtle, two bunnies, and six guinea pigs. Jeremy and his family are members of multiple pet rescue adoption organizations, including Austin Guinea Pig Rescue and Houston Rabbit Resource, which focus on rescuing and re-homing abandoned guinea pigs and rabbits. When Jeremy is not working on children's books, he volunteers for Make a Wish Foundation for the Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana Chapter creating custom-tailored art for children with critical illnesses.
