Josh Noel is one of the nation’s most recognizable food and beverage journalists, and had a decades-long tenure at the Chicago Tribune in addition to contributions to This American Life, the New York Times, and other publications. He has now turned to book form for his journalistic narratives, first with his debut, Barrel-Aged Stout and Selling Out, followed by the forthcoming Malört: A Love Story.
